Hymns
Following are some hymns with chords, so you can play them on the piano or guitar. I don’t like typical hymn-playing piano, but like to embellish and play in a more modern style. I also like to throw in some additional chords at times … especially minors. So you may find some of the chords unusual if you are used to these old hymns, but sing along and I think you’ll find that the chords work fine (at least I think so).
If you scroll down you’ll also find some hymns using simpler arrangements. I’m not very good on guitar, and did these arrangements for my own benefit.
All Praise To Our Redeeming Lord
All the Way My Savior Leads Me (Rich Mullins arrangement)
All the Way My Savior Leads Me (Traditional)
Glorious Things Of Thee Are Spoken
Love Divine All Love Excelling
My Faith Has Found a Resting Place
O Love That Wilt Not Let Me Go
Easier Arrangements
You may find some of the following in a key more difficult to sing. If so, you can try using a capo (if playing guitar), or try a more difficult arrangement above. I did these for my own benefit, as I am not very good on guitar and needed to have a simpler arrangement.
All Praise To Our Redeeming Lord (D)
Christ Jesus is Coming Again (D)
I Know Whom I Have Believed (A)
My Faith Has Found a Resting Place (D)
O Love That Wilt Not Let Me Go
We’ve a Story to Tell to the Nations
